SIGDIV // CAPABILITIES04 RECORD TYPESONE STANDARD

Four ways we
put truth on the record.

We sell capabilities, not content. Each one has a distinct output, a distinct audience, and the same non-negotiable standard. Find the one that fits your situation.

Responders working a flood-damaged debris field
REC // ON-SITE · UNALTERED
01 // DOCUMENT

Document

Get real photos and video of what happened.

Timestamped, nothing staged, shot in places most cameras never get to. When something is hard to believe, this is what proves it. Clean footage that holds up on scene, in the news, or in court. It is not polished, and that is the point.

Output
Photo & video, timestamped, unaltered
Holds up
On scene · in the press · in a proceeding
Good for
Crisis PR · insurance claims · anything disputed
Fire apparatus operating in floodwater during a disaster
REC // GROUND TRUTH
02 // ASSESS

Assess

Give the people in charge a real look at the ground.

After a disaster, the people making calls go off whatever footage reaches them, and a lot of it is wrong, late, or staged. We get accurate photo and video from the ground that responders and decision-makers can act on. Not a highlight reel. A real picture of what is happening, so the call is made on the truth.

Output
Accurate ground-level situational footage
Speed
Self-contained, deployable fast
Good for
Emergency management · task force · command staff
Confined-space rescue training and rigging
REC // AFTER-ACTION
03 // EDUCATE

Educate

Turn one call into a lesson the next crew can use.

Some of the most important work happens where almost nobody sees it. We capture it in a way that teaches, so what one crew learned reaches the next crew before they need it. Built for after-action reviews, training, and keeping what your people know from walking out the door.

Output
Teaching footage · after-action & training
Value
Institutional memory, preserved
Good for
Training programs · agencies · fire departments

REC // REAL WORK
04 // INSPIRE

Inspire

Show the people doing hard work well, who never ask for credit.

At the center of every hard job are people doing it right, and they rarely get recognized for it. We tell their stories honestly. Not to make anyone look good, and never off someone's worst day, but to show what real work and real sacrifice look like. Done right, it is how an organization shows people who it is.

Output
Honest stories of real work & sacrifice
Never
Staged, or built on someone's worst day
Good for
Fire departments · utilities · mission-driven orgs

How We Operate

We arrive as our own
infrastructure.

Most people who show up after a disaster need something. We show up bringing it. We plug into the incident, work to the objective, and deliver while the need is still live.

01 // Stateside

Self-sufficient on scene

We bring our own power and connectivity. When the grid is down and the cell towers are gone, we still operate. We are not another draw on the command post, the fuel, or the food. We are a self-contained asset that adds capability instead of consuming it.

02 // International

Willing to travel, on a host

Abroad, we deploy with a host on the ground to handle access and logistics. Give us a point of contact and we will get there. The work in Haiti and Japan was run this way. The standard does not change with the time zone.

03 // The Rhythm

Built into the planning cycle

We work the incident on its own clock. We understand the Operational Period Briefing and the Incident Action Plan, so we build to the objective the command staff already set, not a separate agenda. We integrate with the plan instead of working around it.

Same-Day Delivery

Content in days is
content that came too late.

We deliver same day, on the operational period it was shot in. The people making decisions and the people telling the story get the record while it still moves the needle, not weeks later when the moment has passed.

The Standard

Same rules, every frame.

Whatever the capability, the standard does not move. We honor the people doing the work, and we point the empathy at your situation. The record belongs to you.

Nothing staged · Timestamped · Yours to control
